I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The stay started strong with one of the best sunrises I've ever seen in Mexico, but the room I got was a big letdown. It was awful and dirty, with paint and rust visible everywhere, not to mention the dreadful view of a swamp. The facilities were nice, but there were some issues with noise during my stay. While there were positives, overall it didn't hit the mark for a luxury experience.
